How I work with the client using an H2H approach
Many clients that I have worked with, if not all, are often out of touch with their heart centre and with my help, I hold the space for them to drop down from the racing mind into their heart.
I help the client identify their thought patterns that ultimately impact how their mood or mental state results in how they behave or show up in the world.
Combining NLP techniques, Authentic Self-Empowerment, Open Awareness modalities and Ontological Coaching processes, I help the client by examining the relationship between how you think (neuro), how you speak (linguistics), and your patterns of behaviour and emotions (programming).
This approach aims to help people understand the thought processes that underlie their behaviours. It also helps to let go of limiting beliefs and facilitates a context for changing their patterns of thinking and behaviour for the better.

Why Stress Management Programs in the Workplace?
There is enough research that shows stress affects so many people within the workplace, and work is one of the leading stressors in people’s lives. Is it not in an organization’s best interest to offer stress management programs to its employees?

I have found Naomi’s sessions and exercises useful. During the sessions, she had the ability to draw out my hidden emotions and feelings. To do this she would make one feel comfortable from the time you walked in and would also give real examples that one could relate to. This formed a solid foundation for putting together a program for improvement. It also made one see things in a different light. All in all, I found her approach to be professional, mature, and still coming across as friendly.
The exercises she provided were relevant and short and I still use them.
PS. At one stage our company was contemplating using another agency (Local) for the convenience of no paying travel costs PE –CT however those of us whom she was coaching requested that she remain our coach.

Coaching. I’m already able to tap into my team’s competitiveness for results. What I’d like now is to be more equipped to help them with their problems, be it work or personal
How would you decide that you are good enough?
I know that I am good enough if my intentions are good, and I try my best. If the result is that I am making progress as opposed to standing still or moving backwards, then that is my “proof”.
Where would you like to work? Design your perfect working day
I’d like to have a half-day job, high paying, in a Finance department of a big corporate company, still managing staff. Alternatively, it should be my own business in partnership with my study buddy.
What work do you enjoy so much that it doesn’t seem like work?
It’s hard to say. I’ve only ever worked in insurance, although I’m dying to work in a Finance environment due to my studies.
What are you most grateful for in your life?
I’m grateful that I still have parents. That I have a husband that understands me, encourages me and supports me in whatever I choose to do. I’m grateful to have been blessed with children, my health, employment, siblings. I’m grateful that those who know me, want to have me in their lives.
